Every FREAK-ISH piece is made to order — printed fresh after you order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That takes a little time, and it's worth it.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of ordering
A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment your order ships. We ship from the United States, and we currently ship within the United States only.
Free shipping on orders over $75.
Discreet by Default
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded mailer — no FREAK-ISH name, no logo, no product description on the outside. The return address shows our fulfillment partner, not the store name. Your bank or card statement reads FI - Brands, not the product titles. Order confirmation emails arrive with no product descriptions in the subject line.
What you order is between you and us.
Returns & Replacements
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for fit or a change of heart. To get it right the first time, check the size guide before checkout — it has flat measurements for every garment we make.
Defects and printing errors: covered 100%. Send us a photo through the contact form within 14 days of delivery and we replace it free. No argument, no runaround.
Wrong size delivered: if what arrives isn't the size you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we replace it free.
