Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We acknowledge inbound emails as quickly as we can, and we follow up with a substantive response within the windows above.
We're a small team. We don't have a 24/7 phone center, and we'd rather answer fewer messages well than answer more messages badly.
How We Communicate
We will only ever contact you in the following ways:
- Transactional email from our store domain — order confirmations, shipping confirmations, return RMAs, support replies. These are sent through Shopify and our customer support system.
- Marketing email and SMS through Klaviyo, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to any marketing SMS.
- Customer support reply to an inbound message you sent us.
We will never:
- Ask for your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account password by email or text.
- Call you to "resolve" an order issue unless you have specifically requested a callback in your support thread.
- Reach out via social media DM about a billing or order matter (scammers do — we don't).
If you receive a message claiming to be from FREAK-ISH that doesn't fit the patterns above, treat it as suspicious and forward it to legal@freak-ish.com.

A Note on Discretion
We sell adult-themed lifestyle apparel and accessories, and we know our customers value discretion. That shapes how we communicate:
- Our emails don't reference specific designs, themes, or products you have purchased by name in subject lines or preview text.
- Our packaging is plain and unbranded — no FREAK-ISH logo, design imagery, or product description visible on the outside (full details in our Shipping Policy).
- Charges and refunds appear on your statement as FI - Brands, never as FREAK-ISH.
- If you reach out to support, your message is handled by our team only — we don't outsource customer support to third-party call centers.
If you would prefer we not include your name in the salutation of replies, mention it in your first email and we'll respect the preference for the rest of the thread.
