This Legal Notice consolidates the legal, trademark, regulatory, and consumer-information disclosures that apply to the FREAK-ISH website and store. It supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
FREAK-ISH is a U.S.-based business that currently sells and ships to U.S. addresses only. This Legal Notice is provided primarily for U.S. customers; international visitors who browse the Services without transacting remain entitled to the privacy disclosures and consumer rights described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

All use of these marks is reserved to Freak-Ish Brands LLC and our authorized licensees. Unauthorized use — including in product listings, marketplaces, social media imitations, and counterfeit goods — is prohibited and may be subject to enforcement action.
Shopify and the Shopify logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

All text, graphics, photography, illustration, product designs, layouts, user interface elements, and other content on the FREAK-ISH website and store are protected under U.S. and international copyright law. No portion may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, transmitted, modified, or used to create derivative works — in any medium — without the prior written permission of Freak-Ish Brands LLC, except as expressly permitted in our Terms of Service.
5. DMCA Copyright Complaints
If you believe that any content on the Services infringes a copyright that you own or control, please send a written notice that includes the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to legal@freak-ish.com:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

All notices will be acted on in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Submitting a knowingly false or materially misrepresented DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
6. Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to legal@freak-ish.com.
7. Adult-Oriented Themes
FREAK-ISH designs and sells lifestyle apparel and accessories with adult-oriented themes. The Services do not contain explicit content (no nudity, no sexually explicit imagery), and we do not require age verification to browse the Services. Parents and guardians should exercise their own discretion about whether our design themes — which reference adult lifestyles, communities, and humor — are appropriate for younger family members.
To make a purchase, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 18 in most U.S. states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for our full approach to children's data, and our Terms of Service, Section 1 for purchase eligibility.
8. California Proposition 65
For customers in California: Some FREAK-ISH products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm — including, in some cases, residues from inks, dyes, or finishing chemicals commonly used in printed and embroidered apparel. 9. Accessibility
We are committed to making the FREAK-ISH website and store usable for people of all abilities and to conforming, where reasonably achievable, to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter a barrier on our website — or if you would like to request information about a product, place an order, or resolve a support matter through an accessible alternative channel — please contact support@freak-ish.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and we will respond promptly.
10. Geographic Scope of Sales
FREAK-ISH currently sells and ships to U.S. shipping addresses only — the 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders entered with a non-U.S. shipping address will not be accepted. See our Shipping Policy for full destination details.
As we do not currently transact with consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions, EU-specific trader obligations — including the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and arbitration before any consumer dispute resolution board — do not currently apply to our sales. EU/UK/Swiss visitors who browse the Services without transacting remain protected by the privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.
If our list of permitted shipping destinations expands in the future, this Legal Notice will be updated accordingly before any non-U.S. sales are accepted.
11. Disclaimer of Third-Party Content
The Services may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services (including, for example, social media widgets, embedded videos, and product reviews submitted by customers). We do not control these third-party services, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.
12. Errors and Updates
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Services accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that the Services will be free of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and we reserve the right to correct any error and to update any content at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. 13. Governing Law and Venue
These materials, the Services, and all transactions through the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the federal and state courts of Duval County, Florida, except where applicable law grants a consumer the right to bring a claim in the consumer's local jurisdiction.
